Motion to Dismiss Quash Quixtar Amway v John Doe Free Speech Lawsuit
Anonymous Joe Does, through counsel, moved the court to kill the subpoenas. Amway/Quixtar was using the subpoenas to contact Internet services i.e. You Tube, to find out the identity of private citizens.

Quixtar Amway Now Sues Bloggers Free Speech Attacked
Quixtar filed suit against 30 anonymous bloggers. Quixtar publicly stated that their purpose ifor the lawsuit was to find out thie idenitity of those they consider their decractors and see if Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady coordinated anything.
